Mid-Atlantic Rendezvous
March 13th, 2010The second rendezvous of the new year is planned for Saturday, March 13th at the Annapolis Yacht Club in Annapolis, MD. Cruising Committee members Tony Parker and Dick D’Amato expect this year's rendezvous to be even bigger and better, and encourage members and their guests to join, especially those living in the Delaware, Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia areas.
Commodore and Mrs. Elwell will be on hand to welcome members and guests, and introduce the guest speaker, NYYC member Richard Franyo. Mr Franyo is the President of the Board of the National Sailing Hall of Fame and he will share his vision for the NSHF, which seeks to preserve America's sailing legacy, while engaging future generations.
