The podiums at Sperry Top-Sider Charleston Race Week were full of Club members including: Will & Marie Crump & Thomas Klok (1st, J/80), Michael Kiss (3rd, Megles 20), Rear Commodore Phil Lotz (1st, Viper 640), Jason Carroll (2nd, Viper 640), Steve & Heidi Benjamin (1st, HPR), Stephen Murray (2nd, HPR), and Jim Cunningham (3rd, Corinthian Division, J/70). Todd Stuart's White Rhino and Matt Brooks' Dorade each finished third in, respectively, the Racing 2 and Performance Cruising 1 divisions at the BVI Spring Regatta. For more, click here.

Alberto Rossi (Enfant Terrible) and Alex Roepers (Plenty) finished first and second, respectively, at the Farr 40 Midwinter Championship off Cabrillo Beach, Calif. For more, click here.

Bob Eichler's Altair, a 96-foot S&S sloop built by Derecktor's in 1996, won the Grand Dames class of the St. Barths Bucket. For more, click here.  

At the St. Thomas International Regatta, Todd Stuart's Swan 56 White Rhino finished second in CSA-Racing 2 while Sir Irving Laidlaw's TP52 Highland Fling XII finished third in CSA-Racing 0. For more, click here

Jim Cunningham won two of the final three races to claim the 47-boat Etchells National Championship by four point. For more, click here.

Takashi Okura’s Sled won the final two races to snare third at the TP52 Super Series event in Miami in early March. For more, click here.

In early March, Ben Kinney, Senet Bischoff and Clay Bishoff teamed up to win the Etchells Jaguar Midwinters, sailed on Miami’s Biscayne Bay. The regatta was the fourth and final stop on the 2014 Jaguar Cup series. Peter Duncan was fourth in the Midwinters and won the overall Jaguar Cup title. For more, click here.

The Melges 20 podium at Bacardi Sailing Week in Miami, Fla., was chock full of members with defending world champion John Taylor winning, Drew Freides in second and Russell Lucas finishing third. Rear Commodore Phil Lotz won the Viper 640 class while Peter Duncan finished third in the J/70 class. For more, click here.

George Sakalleris’ Mini-Maxi Shockwave took overall IRC honors in the RORC’s Caribbean 600 race, which started from Antigua on Feb. 24. Hap Fauth’s Mini-Maxi Bella Mente took line honors (48h: 5m: 44s) and was second overall in IRC. Other members who placed in their respective classes included Todd Stuart (White Rhino), Matt Brooks (Dorade) and Ron O’Hanley (Privateer). George David’s Rambler was the second boat to finish. Jeff Ecklund’s STAR program won the Megles 24 Australian Nationals and finished second at the Melges 24 Worlds. For more, click here.

Two-time Olympian Stu McNay, sailing with David Hughes, finished third in the Men’s 470 class at the ISAF Miami Sailing World Cup event at the end of January. For more, click here.
